Time to unwind, with the sound of the stream.
Our holiday apartment is on the first floor of our house in Westerheim. A small stream flows past the balcony, with meadows and fields beyond. In spring 2026 we renovated everything: bathroom, kitchen, floors and windows.

A well-behaved dog is welcome by arrangement. Please mention it in your request.
How does booking work?
Send a non-binding request and you get an immediate confirmation of receipt by email. We confirm within 24 hours. The booking is fixed with a 30 % deposit; the balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Up to 30 days before arrival we refund the deposit in full. Details are in the rental terms.
Are there any extra costs?
Only the final cleaning. Bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included. Children under 3 stay free.
Do I need a registration form?
Since 2025 only guests without German citizenship do. You can prepare it online in advance and sign it on arrival.
Is there information for my stay?
Yes. Our digital guest folder covers Wi-Fi, house rules, rubbish sorting, emergency numbers and day-trip tips. A QR code for it hangs in the apartment.
Can I manage without a car?
Trains run to Memmingen and Sontheim (Schwaben), and we are happy to pick you up. Two bikes are ready for you.
